-- From the label --
"On an afternoon of early November 2021 we set up our instruments amongst a room full of records at KOPN FM in Columbia, MO as a part of The Columbia Experimental Music Fest, presented by Dismal Niche, to play an hour of improvised music that was broadcast live to kick off the first day of the festival.
We unveiled our musical stories through drones and phrasing dialogues as one binding unit. The session went so well that we decided to play as a trio again the following evening at the Firestone Baars Chapel opening for Yellow Eyes and here we present this recording on vinyl for Ramble Records.
This first meeting as a trio was fueled by the masterful weaving and waving saxophone densities of Patrick Shiroishi, the glistening stampede of guitar by Chaz Prymek, followed by a textural nudge of drums by Thom Nguyen."
Thank you for listening.
